Return Policies

RED STAR DME will accept returns on any unopened product up to 10 days after the order is received. A 15% Restocking Fee will apply to all returns. To qualify for a return or refund, products must be in their original, unopened manufacturer's packaging. Opened packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.
